    Transaction Data: Sales data, inventory levels, customer purchase history, and payment details (Note: ShredderPOS acts as a conduit for payment data but does not store full Primary Account Numbers locally; we store tokens provided by our payment partners).
    Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and feature usage analytics to improve performance.

    To operate, maintain, and improve the ShredderPOS platform.
    To process transactions and sync inventory across devices.
    To send you service updates, security alerts, and support messages.

  4. SMS Messaging & Mobile Information
    Opt-In Data: We collect your mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS notifications (e.g., low inventory alerts, daily sales summaries, or support verification).
    Usage: We use this information solely to send you transactional and operational messages related to your use of ShredderPOS. We do not send third-party marketing messages via SMS.
    No Sharing Clause: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
    Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us.

ShredderPOS does not and will not share, sell, or transfer text messaging consent data (including phone numbers and consent timestamps) to any third party, except as required by applicable law or as necessary to transmit messages through our designated SMS provider (who is bound by contractual data protection obligations). Your text messaging consent is never shared with unrelated third parties for their own promotional purposes. ShredderPOS never sells, rents, or shares text messaging consent data (including opt-in records) with any unaffiliated third party for their own direct marketing or messaging purposes under any circumstance.
