- Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ShredderPOS (the “Software”) provided by ShredderPOS. By registering for or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. - Description of Service
ShredderPOS is a mobile-first, performance-driven point-of-sale platform that runs across supported devices . The Software includes inventory management, sales processing, employee management, and reporting tools. - Account Registration
Eligibility: You must be a legal business entity or an authorized representative to use the Service.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. - Acceptable Use Policy (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
You agree not to use ShredderPOS or any SMS features provided via Plivo for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, specifically including but not limited to:
Prohibited Content: Sending content related to SHAFT (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco), illegal drugs, gambling, crypto-currencies, payday loans, or debt collection .
Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or engaging in lead generation without explicit prior written consent from the recipient.
Fraud: Impersonating another business or misrepresenting the origin of a message.
Auto-dialing: Using the service for auto-dialing or predictive dialing (robo-calling) .
Compliance: You must maintain a record of consumer consent (opt-in) for any SMS recipients for at least 12 months.

Subscription Fees: Fees for your ShredderPOS license are specified in your invoice, contract or on our website.
Payment: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription. - Termination and Suspension
By You: You may cancel your account by notification.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms (particularly the Acceptable Use Policy) or if Plivo (our SMS provider) reports a compliance violation tied to your account .
Data Retrieval: Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data; thereafter, we may delete it from our servers. - Text Messaging Consent: ShredderPOS does not and will not share, sell, or transfer any text messaging consent data (including opt-in records and recipient phone numbers) with or to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the SMS services through our provider Plivo. Your customers’ text messaging consent is solely for the purpose of communicating with your business via ShredderPOS and will never be shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or messaging purposes
- Intellectual Property
Our IP: All rights, title, and interest in the ShredderPOS software, code, and trademarks remain solely with the Company.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all sales and customer data you input into the system. - Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. - Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHREDDERPOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States of America. - Contact Information
